You’ve decided to work with Ikos to lease your rental property.

So, what’s next?

Getting to know you. And your rental property.

You’re ready to get your property on the market and start to bring renters through the door. To make that happen, one of Ikos’ Leasing Agents will visit you at your rental property to get to know a little bit about you, the home and what you’re looking for in a tenant.

Do you live at the property and want to meet the tenants? Are you willing to bend on lease length? How do you feel about furry friends?

Details matter.

While our Leasing Agent is talking through your must-have list, they’ll also be gathering all of the details about the property.

Is there a washer and dryer in the unit? Are utilities included? Is the property near public transportation?

Position your home in the right light.

Our first meeting at the property also includes time spent taking photos. The Ikos Leasing Agent will take photos that make sure we’re highlighting the best features.

Curb appeal tips for your rental property

Getting the right eyeballs on the listing.

After all of the information is collected, our Team will craft a property listing that highlights the best features of your property and aims to appeal to your ideal renter.

Once the listing page has been created, we syndicate the details to 89 of the popular real estate websites, including Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist and dozens of local, niche sites.

As renter leads come in, we work with you to move to the next stage of the process, Showings.
