If you had Ikos list a property before, you'll remember that it took a few days to get started. Chances are you read over contracts and made time for a property meeting. Next, you scheduled a phone call to give us your listing details. We recognized this process took longer than it needed to. So, we've set in motion some helpful changes to get your next property online quicker.
That's right. Introducing,Workforce.
We’ve created a more familiar way for you to get your listing details to the Ikos Team. “Workforce” is the same Ikos service that now allows you to upload a new property directly to our platform.
Think of Workforce as a software tool for the Ikos process that’s backed by our same teams of real estate professionals. At the end of the day, it is our people that show your property and get your lease signed.
We’ve further worked our terms of service into this onboarding flow for added convenience. Signatures that used to take a couple of days now take a couple of clicks.

When you hired Ikos you did so to get your time back. So far we’ve been able to do that by helping with renter communication and showing your property.
Our goal in this change is to give you even more of your time back from our onboarding process. When your next unit becomes available all you’ll need to do is log in to Homebase and click “Add property”.
